Although The Washington Post (WaPo) positions itself as a politically objective and non-partisan newspaper, it adopted a new slogan following the 2016 presidential election—“Democracy Dies In Darkness.”

The WaPo recently assembled a children’s’ chorus to sing President Trump’s tweets. The children conclude their recital with a musical rendition of the newspaper’s slogan.

The WaPo has well-established business and professional relationships with other left-wing and Democrat-aligned news media organizations such as The New York Times, CNN and MSNBC.  Facebook calls WaPo as one its partners used to “fact check” posts from outlets like DML.
