WEATHER: NYC issues CODE BLUE for those in danger, including homeless

As if the bomb cyclone wasn’t enough, frigid weather — also called a deep freeze — is hitting the east coast of the U.S.

New York City has issued a “CODE BLUE” warning of the live threatening conditions that exist, especially for the homeless.

NYC Gov Twitter account put out this warning Friday: “A #CodeBlue is now in effect. If you see anyone at risk, especially those living on the street, please call 311. Shelter is available for anyone brought to a shelter by @NYCDHS outreach teams and for walk-ins.”

Dennis Michael Lynch, who has been speaking about the homeless and the conditions they face amid such brutal weather, called upon the president to tweet about the dangerous conditions instead of focusing on DACA for illegal aliens.

“@realDonaldTrump NYC has just issued a CODE BLUE due to outdoor conditions for homeless, how about a tweet about Americans first before we embrace spectacular plan for Dreamers? #DonnyDACA”
