Wikileaks: Clinton Planted Gun Control Supporters In Town Hall Audience

The recent Wikileaks release of John Podesta’s emails show that Hillary Clinton placed gun control supporters in a town hall on October 5, 2015 in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The town hall occurred four days after a shooting at Umpqua Community College where Chris Harper-Mercer, a student at the school, shot an assistant professor and eight students in a classroom.

The email thread that is dated October 4, 2015 contained a speech draft and talking points that were suggested for Hillary to use to discuss gun control at the town hall.

The part of the email thread that shows Clinton had people placed in the audience reads the following:

>>> This is not a town hall exclusively about gun violence — it’s just a regular town hall. But the person who will introduce her will tell a story about gun violence in her life, and there will be people in the audience from gun violence orgs.

The talking points provided to Clinton in the Wikileaks released emails also advised her to start out her speech on gun control by using the recent shooting. She was advised to say “We’ve seen yet another mass murder – this time, in a community college in Oregon that’s probably a lot like this one.”

Not once at the town hall did Clinton mention that Umpqua Community College is a gun-free campus, further proving gun control doesn’t stop criminals, it only prevents law abiding citizens from protecting themselves.screen-shot-2016-10-24-at-2-03-29-pm
