At least 30 people were killed by an improvised explosive device in Nigeria on Monday, Reuters reported.

The bomb allegedly detonated on a bridge at about 5 p.m. local time in the market town of Gamboru in the northeastern state of Borno. Witnesses said more than 35 injured people were taken to the local hospital.
