President Joe Biden was allegedly paid $5 million by an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where his son Hunter Biden sat on the board, a confidential human source told the FBI during a June 2020 interview, sources familiar told Fox News Digital.

The sources briefed Fox News Digital on the contents of the FBI-generated FD-1023 form alleging a criminal bribery scheme between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national that involved influence over U.S. policy decisions.

The FD-1023 form, dated June 30, 2020, is the FBI’s interview with a “highly credible” confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversations he or she had with a top Burisma executive over the course of several years, starting in 2015. Fox News Digital has not seen the form, but it was described by several sources who are aware of its contents.

According to the confidential source, a Burisma executive sought their “advice on the best way to go forward” to gain U.S. oil rights and become involved with a U.S. oil company in 2015 and 2016.

The confidential human source said Hunter’s role on the board was discussed, and that the Burisma executive had referred to Hunter Biden as “dumb.”

The Burisma executive claimed that the company had to “pay the Bidens” because they were in the midst of and investigation launched by Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin. The executive claimed that if he didn’t pay the Biden’s, it would be difficult to enter the U.S. market as the investigation was ongoing.

“$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for the other Biden,” the Burisma executive told the confidential human source, according to claims in the document.

Those $5 million payments appeared to serve as a “retainer” for issues Burisma may have to deal with, including Shokin’s investigation.

Another source called the arrangement a “pay-to-play” scheme.

The confidential human source reportedly believes that both Joe and Hunter Biden received the $5 million payments, based on his or her conversations with the Burisma executive, sources who have viewed the document say.

The news comes as Joe Biden laughed off allegations about his family’s corruption on Thursday, saying: “Where’s the money?”
