The U.S. Marine who posted videos on social media criticizing military leadership and the Biden administration’s withdrawal of military assets from Afghanistan pled guilty to all charges during a court-martial hearing at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina on Thursday.

Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller Jr. has pled guilty to all six misdemeanor-level charges, including willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer, dereliction in the performance of duties and conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.

The article goes on to state the following:

Scheller was freed from the brig last week where he was being held for violating an agreement to stop posting criticism on social media.

The report explains that Scheller, a decorated Marine with 17 years of service, was relieved of his command at one of Camp Lejeune’s infantry training battalions in August after posting videos to social media condemning military leadership after a bombing at the airport in Kabul killed 13 U.S. service members, along with dozens of Afghan citizens.

Jerry Brantley, Jr., a US Air Force veteran, tweeted, “Proof that our woke military leadership will do anything to silence the conservative voices serving our that have served. He was basically forced into his plea for speaking his opinion.”

Wednesday night, former NYPD Commissioner Bernard B. Kerik tweeted, “Tomorrow US Marine Lieutenant Colonel Stu Scheller will stand before a military judge and plead guilty for speaking outside the chain of command, holding himself accountable for his actions.”

“Who we be held accountable for the death of the 13 service members?@SecDef @cjcs???”

Below is Scheller’s original video on August 26 which has gone viral, with over 1 million views.

  1. Shame, Shame, Shame on the military command staff and the current commander in chief for not protecting our people in theatre, not protecting freedom of speech and giving our enemies aid and comfort. Shame.

  2. I can’t speak to the other charges , but an officer and a gentleman , not guilty.
This career officer has shown strength under extreme fire , to protect and call out those that didn’t protect our 13 soldiers in Afghanistan.
He is the epitome of an officer and a gentleman.

    • I agree 100%. If anyone should be in the brig faces charges of treason, it should be Biden!! My heart aches for this Lt Col, we Americans need to do something quick or America is doomed!!!

  3. I am proud to know there are still true proud Americans like this young man in our military the other POS administration and the court that made him plea because he spoke the truth, judgement day will come for you all.

  4. This soldier risked it all to tell the truth and asked for accountability. What about General Millie? It appears he committed a treasonable offense and threw President Trump under the bus. He still has his job!

  5. I dare anyone to find a part of our current government that should not be shut down and cleansed of these anti American, COMMUNIST TRAITORS that have INFILTRATED and hijacked our nation !!!!

  6. MTMOMMA I agree with all of you. Thank you LT.Col Scheller for standing up for your fellow soldiers. If anyone needs court marshaled it’s the people in charge. It’s a disgrace and should make true Americans furious. God bless you and your family. I’m sorry that you spent so long in service that now is more interested in optics than anything else.
