The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors made a compromise with the Republican-led Arizona Senate on Friday to provide router information being sought as part of a sweeping audit of the 2020 general election.

In a 4-1 vote, the board said it would establish a “special master” to take questions from contractors who are part of the firms Cyber Ninjas and CyFir, providing them with the information contained on the routers they say they need to finish a comprehensive forensic audit report.

The article goes on to state the following:

“At all times, the routers will remain in production and in the custody of Maricopa County,” a communications official for the county told the Washington Examiner. “The agreement is structured in a way that ensures no personal identifying information or sensitive law enforcement or court-related information is revealed.”

The report explains that Fann also said the county “agreed to drop its notice of claim of $2.8 million to replace election equipment delivered to the Senate,” saying the election machines were not damaged by auditors and that they were improperly decertified by Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

The state senate had previously filed subpoenas in order to get the router images, but has now reportedly dropped the subpoena requests. In exchange, the county is cooperating, and the senate will now gain access to the information it says is needed in order to finish their audit report.

“HUGE win for the Az Senate today! Maricopa settlement gives us all the data needed to complete the review of the routers & splunk log to the most comprehensive election audit in history. We got everything we need including the routers and more,” Fann tweeted late Friday night.

Arizona Mirror reporter Jeremy Duda tweeted, “I’m surprised that the Senate was willing to drop the subpoenas without getting the routers. The county’s legal argument for withholding them seemed pretty weak, and was mostly predicated on their belief that the Senate wouldn’t be able to enforce the subpoena.”

“We get the routers and everything else,” Fann responded.

Duda continued, “Trump isn’t going to be happy. He was pretty fixated on the routers in his speech in Phoenix in July. “We want the routers… We’ve got to get those routers, please. The routers.”

“We get the routers,” Fann confirmed.

    • But at the cost of TOTAL transparency and no accountability of any wrongdoing that may be found. The custody of the routers will still be in the hands of the county and they will control what investigators may or may not access or see.

  1. I say bull crap! They’ve had MANY MONTHS to make changes to any and everything. That’s the reason they are NOW willing to furnish hardware. What a joke. I pray there is a special place in HELL for these demoKKKrats who lied and cheated in our 2020 Election. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!

    • I also heard their SoS renewed DOMINIONS contract for another SEVEN YEARS even though they knew they were seeking new hardware and software. LIARS and CHEATERS!

    • Bingo! Plenty of time to destroy evidence. Just like Killary”s bleach bit on her servers. Erase anything that is incriminating and slter what’s left.🙄
