BREAKING: Pentagon confirms there is second Chinese spy balloon hovering in the sky

The U.S. government says that another Chinese spy balloon is traveling over Latin America.

Pentagon spokesperson Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder told Fox News on Friday night that “We are seeing reports of a balloon transiting Latin America. We now assess it is another Chinese surveillance balloon.”

This comes after Pentagon spokesperson Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder said during a briefing on Thursday afternoon that the U.S. government detected a high-altitude surveillance balloon over the continental U.S.

A spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry admitted on Friday that the balloon traveling across the United States is from their country, but claimed it is a “civilian airship” being used for meteorological purposes and simply drifted off-course.

A photographer captured a very clear photo of the balloon over Missouri.

Now, it has been confirmed there is at least one more of the Chinese surveillance balloons hovering over the world.

  4. My concern about shooting it down is that would be the most logical thing to do. It’s also a possibility that’s what they’re expecting. Without sounding conspiratorial, did you see the size of it? What’s inside of it? When exploded, over Montana, Missouri, Kansas or wherever, what would the fallout be. They’re concerned about a “debris field”. I think I’d be more concerned about biological like nothing the world has ever seen, making Covid look like the common cold or a nuclear device that emits an EMP shutting down the United States entirely in seconds. Either way, they could take us without ever firing a shot. I hope our military leaders have already thought that through. I’d say find a way to bring it down as safe as possible and go through it with a fine tooth comb to see if it is indeed what the Chinese say it is or if it’s something nefarious. I wouldn’t put anything past any of our adversaries, especially the Chinese. They’re tricky little fu***rs

    • I understand all that but what do we do? Nothing??? It makes us look weak. Is there another way to bring it down? Hopefully we have capabilities for it to do the least damage if it is a surveillance balloon. This may be a trial run for another one that does have something like that inside.

    • This, exactly what I said….he is afraid of what they have on his family and can expose!! It’s really too obvious! Our country is in deep doodoo with him as the clown in charge! He is beyond incompetent and I fear our country will not survive his corruption.

  7. I would say that they might be testing how the jet stream path is to send a deadly pathogen into it so they can sicken as many Americans as they can. That can move their large army to our shores without being noticed. Most weather related balloons aren’t the size of 2 school buses. This one seems to have steering propulsion of some kind by the way its targeting highly classified military targets. An EMP device would not work at that altitude without extreme power source, but a pathogen embossed metal spray would make it to the surface within time.

  21. According to monkey Werxs, who tracks all these things, he thinks it’s a US spy balloon over Latin America not Chinese. There’s so much here so much game playing right now who knows the truth?
