The former 2016 Trump campaign foreign policy advisor filed suit in January 2020 against the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and law firm Perkins Coie in relation to a dossier compiled by former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele.
The now-debunked “Steele dossier” was used by the federal government to obtain a FISA warrant to surveil Page.
After his lawsuit against the DNC was dismissed by the lower courts, Page had appealed to the Supreme Court.
