Federal prosecutors unsealed the indictment Friday against former President Donald Trump in connection with his handling of government documents.

Trump is slated to be arraigned on Tuesday in a Florida federal court on multiple charges, including conspiracy to obstruct justice, according to sources.

Trump has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and criticized the Department of Justice and the U.S. attorney general’s office of conducting a political “witch hunt.”

Trump and an associate, Walt Nauta, are charged in a 38-count indictment, according court filings unsealed on Friday.

The former president and GOP front runner in the 2024 presidential election is facing 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information, CNN reported.

Trump maintained “hundreds” of classified documents inside boxes at Mar-a-Lago, federal prosecutors said in the charging document unsealed Friday.
