A U.S. appeals court reversed its decision and let stand a lower court order prohibiting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from enforcing coronavirus restrictions on Florida cruise ships.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta had voted 2-1 to block the lower court’s order on Saturday but has now changed that ruling allowing that order to stand, according to Reuters.

The article goes on to state the following:

“Well this is … odd,” Legal analyst and professor Steven Vladeck tweeted. “The Eleventh Circuit, entirely on its own, has reversed its decision from Saturday night and put *back* into place a district court injunction against CDC’s cruise ship restrictions. Earlier today, Florida had asked #SCOTUS to reverse the Court of Appeals.”

“The CDC rules are back to being voluntary under the district court’s injunction, which the Biden Administration may now ask #SCOTUS to freeze. It’s almost like emergency stay applications are not a good vehicle for litigating complex public health rules on evolving records,” Vladeck added.

  1. How can anyone try to restrict anything having to do with COVID when the Biden admin is letting infected people flood over the border, then flying them or bussing them all over the country to infect others? Whatever happened to quarantines? I guess if you jump our borders, you can do whatever the hell you want? Glad the 11th circuit reversed their ruling. It just smacked of hypocrisy, and totalitarianism.

  2. CDC and Fraudci vaccine passports..If ppl want to go on cruises that haven’t been vaccinated they should not be denied..what a bunch of BS crappola..people that have been vaccinated are still getting the virus of some kind, and masks are not working and not preventing anything!!
