Uvalde School District Police chief Peter Arredondo was put on administrative leave, effective immediately.

Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District superintendent Dr. Hal Harrell announced the decision in a statement released on Wednesday.

The article goes on to state the following:

Harrell said he made the decision amidst a ‘lack of clarity’ coming from agencies investigating the May 24 shooting.

The decision comes as the police chief is under intense scrutiny for his questionable decisions during the mass-shooting, though Harrell did not confirm the exact reason why Arredondo will now be on Leave.

Harrell also announced that Arredondo would be replaced by Lieutenant Mike Hernandez, and the school district is looking for ‘qualified candidates’ to join the police force for the next school year.

  1. He needs be to fired.

Notice they didn’t mention whether it is paid or unpaid leave. Leaves me to believe that he is still receiving his pay. 🤬

  2. Lame brain, complete lack of being able to make quick choices….why is he still a cop, again? He must be a Democratic something. He needs to be FIRED! Make a different career choice, fool!

  3. Is it possible to charge him with some sort of criminal offenses for failing to protect and serve? Dereliction of duty?

  4. This reminds me of the school shooting in Boward County. Something isn’t right. Is there something bigger going on than we know about?

  5. This whole thing was a false flag stand-down operation none of the news agencies said anything about the airplane that landed in Uvalde before the shooting started they made sure everything was set up and ready to go
