Today is June 14, and here are the stories I am watching.

1-Iranian vessel removed unexploded mine from stricken oil tanker in Gulf of Oman, US officials say
An Iranian vessel removed an unexploded mine that had been attached to a Japanese-owned oil tanker that suffered serious damage after an explosion in the Gulf of Oman early Thursday, U.S. officials told Fox News, as the U.S. Navy released video purportedly showing the incident. The imagery came from the USS Bainbridge, a guided-missile destroyer that rescued 21 sailors from the stricken tanker. At least one other mine attached to the tanker’s hull detonated, causing the blast. It happened near the strategic Strait of Hormuz, a key route for oil shipments in the region. A U.S. official told Fox News an Iranian gunboat approached the Kokuka Courageous later in the day and removed the unexploded triangular-shaped limpet mine, the same type of mine used to damage four other tankers in the Gulf of Oman last month.

DML: Never forget Obama sent Iranians cash on pallets in the middle of the night.

2-WH press secretary Sarah Sanders will leave office by the end of the month, Trump says
President Trump wrote Thursday on Twitter that White House press secretary Sarah Sanders will be leaving her position at the end of the month. “After 3 1/2 years, our wonderful Sarah Huckabee Sanders will be leaving the White House at the end of the month and going home to the Great State of Arkansas,” Trump wrote. “She is a very special person with extraordinary talents, who has done an incredible job! I hope she decides to run for Governor of Arkansas – she would be fantastic. Sarah, thank you for a job well done!”

DML: My source inside the WH tells me Sanders was livid over the ABC News interview in which Trump said he would take information from a foreign country about a political opponent.

3-Julian Castro calls for Kellyanne Conway’s termination during Fox News Town Hall.
Former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro told Fox News on Thursday night that White House adviser Kellyanne Conway should be fired for violating the Hatch Act — the same federal law Castro himself was found to have violated in 2016.

DML: So, Fox News is basically liberal.  They continue to give no-chance candidates a full hour to reach millions of people to speak terribly about Trump and his administration.  Today, during a Walk & Talk scheduled for 1pm EASTERN, I will provide an email address to blast your disgust over to Fox News.

4-Man killed by US Marshals Service was wanted in connection with Mississippi shooting
A 20-year-old black man whose Wednesday shooting death by a fugitive task force sparked a night of violence and unrest in a Memphis, Tenn., neighborhood, was wanted for a shooting in Mississippi, according to media reports. DeSoto County District Attorney John Champion said Brandon Webber was being sought on aggravated assault and armed robbery charges related to a shooting during a car theft in Hernando, Miss., on June 3. The victim was shot five times and survived, Champion said.

DML: Does it not seem like these protests are always in defense of a criminal.

5-Homeless banned from being homeless. LACEY, Wash. – A ban on homeless camping was approved Thursday night during a sometimes contentious city council meeting. The new law will keep people from sleeping in tents and RVs on public property. However, until the city has somewhere safe to send the homeless, the ban can’t actually be enforced.

DML: I really need your help.  We need to get my film UNITED STATES of TENTS into the hands of the president.  Please consider going to and buy either one, or a bundle of the DVDs.  All orders ship within 24-hours.  Once they hit your door, take the extras and mail them to President Trump and your representatives.  Urge them to address this issue.  Never once in his time as POTUS has Trump tweeted about the homeless epidemic.  He has to get involved in order for states to feel pressure.  Each DVD comes in an easy to mail mailer.  See photo.  Go to to order now!… Thanks!

  1. Thanks for sharing these issues with us and your take on them. I get more and more disgusted with the way things are twisted etc. sorry to see Ms. Sanders leave.

  2. We workl directly with the homeless every week, where I live….The biggest problem with the homeless is the “drug” problem…We have discovered that as long as “drugs” are their priority (the things that affect their logic, their choices and decisions), they will always remain homeless. One of the BIG factors in their drug-affected thinking is that they want shelter, but they don’t want any “conditions” placed on them…They don’t want to have to be in that place of shelter (that is being provided for them, maintained looked after for them) at any certain times…they want to hang out at all wee hours and leave the shelter unprotected, which jeopardizes the safety of others living there….They want to be fed, but they want it under their conditions. They don’t want to be there to eat with all the other residents at a defined time, but expect the preparers to give them food whenever they decide to come there…I’ve been a part of the system in now two different areas , trying to “help the homeless” ….the attitudes are totally different of those we are trying to help…there is an entitlement attitude (again, drug influenced) and unappreciated attitude (again, drug influenced)…They prefer living in a tent in the woods, going & coming as they choose with no restrictions and no consequences…There are many, many beds available here at resources, but they must be security in place and doors locked at a certain time in the evening to be safe, so the beds remain empty because the homeless do not want to comply…We’ve had them tell us personally, “I’d rather sleep in the woods so I can come & go as I please”…Well, that’s all good if you own your own place, but not if the place is being provided for you, maintained for you, and supplied for you….their rules apply, and not yours. This is the real truth of the matter that we deal with weekly…Thanks for caring as we do, but the fix is “not to get a drug fix”

President Trump has attacked the Opioid problem which is a great beginning…
