  1. Not to mention for the last month all the tv has shown is – “kill babies- its our body-our right”. “Kill babies until 9mnth- no limits” “If Abortion isn’t save- neither are you” spray paonted on churches.

  2. Kill the unborn- women march
Women rights- actresses- musicians- politicians- “dont take our rights away to abortion- any term of pregnancy .. as Joe said “Abort a child

You tell me what kids think. Women are flipping out at Judges homes- braking federal law – (that isnt being enforced)
And we wonder where these lunatics get their ideas.

  3. Mass shootings have been on the increase since the late 1970’s. There were no violent video games or social media back then. So why the increase? We began the practice of not institutionalizing people involuntarily who might need to be.

    • Not true! The first violent games originated in the the late 1970s. 1975 Shark Jaws by Atari, the 1976 Death Race, next Cops ‘n Robbers, Tank 8 and Jet Fighter. In 1982 Gurgeon Genral Koop warned that the games as they became more violent and there was a connection between video games, mental and physical health. In time we will see the negative impact. In the 1990s Mortal Kombat launched along with the movie Fatalities and thereafter games and movies became more violent and sinister. So we have just continued to progress downward into a souless abyss. You reap what you sow.

    • And so what’s the point? Not every person who has a drink is an alcoholic but every alcoholic is a victim to the drink. Just because you’re not negatively impacted by your gaming doesn’t mean other people can’t be.

      • Are you gonna try to ban alcohol? Surely you’ve seen that what can be used for good is twisted for harm. Knives, guns, the internet. You’re gonna blame an entire thing bc of a few bad eggs can’t control themselves? Bc they weren’t TAUGHT right? We gonna ban the use of fire bc of a few arsons?

  4. I think this is a scapegoat to a larger, inward problem. Namely not teaching and upbringing kids with God and prayer. Teaching to love and respect others, and humility. Serenity prayer. Lack of God and bible is to blame. We live in a very godless and hedonistic society. Don’t blame video games as a scapegoat.

    • Poor parenting is allowing your child to play these violent video games without supervision or a timely limit. Usually in a single parent household. Guess which parent?
You are correct that GOD needs to be a member of the family and needs to be worshipped.

  5. Do you know how many ppl play FPS games? Or Fortnite, Apex legends? How many of those players are killers? What proof do you have they even play those games?

      • How am I the ignorant one exactly? Why aren’t we blaming violent movies then? You think simply being exposed to violence makes you a violent person. Violence is in our movies. If you watch superhero movie, does that make you involuntarily want to hurt good ppl? You’re not very bright. Educate yourself before you speak, pathetic loser

  6. God and prayer ? I’m sure some of those child victims prayed and called out for God, where was God that day ? ALY ,perhaps you’re on the wrong path here, God was absent that day when little children needed him most, try another angle..

    • I’m saying we turned our back on God, you throw love for those made in His image out the car during a busy street. It’s a spiritual issue, and blaming it on fictional violence is being dishonest.

      • I agree that we’ve turned our back on God. Listen to today’s society. Politicians especially on the left speak every day about violence. Why can’t people try to be kind and work together. We’re too divided. But I disagree about violent video games. Not all get affected but if someone has issues mentally, those games will absolutely have an affect on them. Especially if that is their only source of interaction.

  7. Fire all the woke teachers and administrators. Bring Christianity back into schools, post 10 commandments in schools, bring back corporal punishment in schools, bring back conservative dress/grooming code, arrest and prosecute any teacher pushing gender bender or perverted sex instructions.

  8. DML goes half retard again. Gaming is no more the cause of killing anymore than Ozzy was when his music was blamed. Social media, maybe. Gaming deserves an eye roll.
The problem is a social breakdown of order and discipline in society and families. Hell, we are dealing with a society now where 70% of blacks are born out of wedlock, 70% of the incarcerated are from single mother homes, and the divorce rate is at 50% and another 25 % of marriages are not happy

  9. This kid fell through the cracks, as most of these young murderers do. No one stepped up to the plate to help him deal. I don’t have much sympathy for him, he choose his path, but people knew he had issues, instead of talking about it, why didn’t someone do something about it.

  10. Nonsense….when we were kids, we played Cowboys & Indians, played war, all sorts of games where we pretended killing army men or other stuff. Now there’s video games.

    • The key difference is when we played Cowboys and Indians or war it was our imagination not the graphic desensitizing videos of today.

  11. I asked my 23 year old son why he thinks that society has broken down to become what it has. He blames it on the internet!

  12. I want to say, listen to the family. It starts in the family and your foundation. Communication is so important. I want to know what’s going on with people around me. He didn’t talk and didn’t go to school the last year. Parents? My opinion his mind got stinking because he was productive. Exercise and purpose keeps your mind healthy and family is supposed to be there to make sure the kids are ok to survive in this world.

  13. I think vulnerable people are affected by what they watch just like those who watch pornography, some are affected and become sexual
    Perverts or worse serial killers

  14. you can’t stop Crazy * if he can’t get in the school he will just wait intill end of school.. .

ww2 guys will be turning in their graves at the state of the USA today .

  15. Thank you DML 🇺🇲💪 for this AWESOME podcast! I thank DR. K. for coming on. You helped understand why the wrong type of screen time is bad for my kids brains.

  16. I agree that we’ve turned our back on God. Listen to today’s society. Politicians especially on the left speak every day about violence. Why can’t people try to be kind and work together.
