1.WH’s Klain panned for retweeting post on ‘ultimate work-around’ for federal vaccine requirement
Fox News – Ronald Klain, the White House chief of staff, faced criticism on social media Thursday after he retweeted a post that seemed to praise the Biden administration for pulling off the “ultimate work-around” for a national COVID-19 vaccine requirement.
President Biden announced proposed rules that would force private-sector employers with more than 100 workers to either require them to be fully vaccinated or mandate that they undergo weekly tests. Biden referred to the mandate as a “new action plan.” The rules would be enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Businesses that do not comply would face fines up to $14,000 per offense, an administration official told The Associated Press. The mandate is expected to affect as many as 100 million Americans.
Klain retweeted MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle, who posted, “OSHA doing this vaxx mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is the ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations.”
The New York Times pointed out that OSHA is tasked with overseeing workplace safety and has the authority to “quickly issue a rule, known as an emergency temporary standard, if it can show that workers are exposed to a grave danger and that the rule is necessary to address that danger. The rule must also be feasible for employers to enforce.”
Foolish RT from WH chief of staff. He said the quiet part out loud.
Biden admin knows it’s likely illegal (like the eviction moratorium) but they don’t care. https://t.co/AlfmYtuvhp

DML: It’s time. It’s time to form and unite, and it’s time to fight back in large numbers. I’m not sure how it looks, I’m not sure how it works, but I know it’s not violent, and I know it’s not criminal because we are not Black Lives Matter. But I do know it’s time we stand taller and louder. I am working up something in my head, it’s probably going to be something that impacts the bottom line for rogue companies. I hate boycotts but I’m not sure how we else we can push back without it tying to money. When I figure it out, and when it makes sense I’ll broadcast it to the masses. Something needs to be done. This administration is out of control; if nothing else there needs to be a legal way to stop him. My Facebook video from yesterday at 6pm, is all you need to know about how I feel towards Biden and his new unconstitutional, dictatorship rules. The video went viral with 8,000 shares in less than 5 hours. But Facebook has seen to it that the shares stop. It’s 15 hours later and the share count is only 8,200. It should be 20,000 if the blockers were not blocking at FB hell.
2.Bucs-Cowboys opener begins with Black national anthem
Fox News – The Black national anthem was played ahead of the NFL’s first game of the season between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night.
The NBC broadcast played a video of Alicia Keys singing “Lift Every Voice and Sing” while the Florida A&M University Concert Choir joined in from Raymond James Stadium. Players from both teams stood in their respective end zones and locked arms to show unity ahead of the game.
“Lift Every Voice and Sing” was played before the start of Week 1 games during the 2020 NFL season, and Front Office Sports reported in July the NFL planned to make the song a “prominent part of big league events.”
The national anthem is usually only heard before early-season games or some primetime games, the Super Bowl and the NFL Draft. “Lift Every Voice and Sing” was played before Super Bowl LV and the draft in April.

DML: Pathetic is the one word to describe the NFL. And if you watch even one NFL game you should not read this website. You are the problem. If you tune into this NFL season you are contributing to the stripping away of our foundation. Don’t tell me you want to fight back if you bow down to the NFL.
3.Los Angeles School District Requires Students to Get Covid-19 Vaccine
WSJ – Los Angeles public schools are requiring students ages 12 and older to get the Covid-19 vaccine by January to continue attending school in person, making the school system the first large district in the country to mandate the shots for children.
The board of the Los Angeles Unified School District, the country’s second-largest district, voted unanimously on Thursday to pass the measure. One board member recused himself from the vote because of his stock ownership in Pfizer Inc.
“It seems to me that the safest way to protect children under 12 is for as many people as possible to be vaccinated,” said Jackie Goldberg, a board member during the meeting before the vote. “So I do not see this as your choice or my choice or about my great nieces and nephews and grandchildren or your children. I see this as a community necessity to protect the children under 12 who cannot be vaccinated.”
Before the vote, the LAUSD already had some of the toughest and most comprehensive safety measures in place compared with other districts, including weekly testing of students and staff, masking indoors and outdoors and a vaccine mandate for employees.
Vax mandates make 0 sense. People who’ve had Covid have antibodies that are more effective than the vaccine. Vaccinated people can get and spread Covid. This has unintended consequences like Chicago school bus drivers quitting and parents having to Uber their kids to school.

DML: Less than 400 people ages 0-17 in the US have died with Covid in their system.
But a 2017 National Survey on Drug Use and Health estimated that about 769,000 children aged 12 to 17 misused opioids and about 14,000 used heroin in the past year. How many of those kids died? I’ve got a million bucks that says it was more than 400. Why are we not doing anything about the drugs in school?
Let’s be honest, it’s not actually about the kids is it? The republicans want them in school and the dems want them home in their safe space. What side are you really on Mr. President? Oh also I thought masks worked and so did the vaccine?

4.DeSantis tears into Biden’s ‘unconstitutional, insane and coercive’ vaccine mandates: RNC vows to sue
DAILY MAIL – Republicans nationwide are tearing into President Joe Biden on Thursday after he announced he’d use an emergency order to force businesses with 100 or more employees to mandate vaccines or weekly COVID testing.
‘Forcing this and coercing people, I don’t think is the right decision. I’d imagine that you’re gonna see a lot of activity in the courts if they try to do that through an executive action,’ Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said during a press conference Thursday.
The Republican National Committee says that it intends to sue to block Biden’s order from taking effect, and several House Republicans plan to introduce legislation to negate the order.

DML: I am calling on all TeamDML members, all DML NEWS APP users, all DML Podcast listeners, and all DML CBD customers, not to support any company that follows the orders announced by Biden. This is unconstitutional, it is another attempt to steal your life, and there’s a great way to fight with your wallet.
5.‘Vaccinate the children’: Fauci outlines the case for offering Covid shots to young people
CNBC – LONDON — Dr. Anthony Fauci has outlined three key reasons supporting the case for vaccinating young people against the coronavirus, citing short and long-term benefits to the entire population.
Speaking to a U.K. audience at a lecture hosted by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine earlier this week, the U.S.′ top infectious disease expert discussed the significance of “long Covid,” the benefits of a move to a three-dose vaccination drive and why he believes it is important to vaccinate children.
“I do believe … that we should vaccinate the children, and there are a number of reasons,” Fauci said on Wednesday.
Firstly, he described young people as “vehicles of spread” for the virus, noting that the transmissibility of the fast-spreading delta variant continued to fuel a surge in cases as schools re-open for the fall.
Fauci said the situation is particularly alarming in the southern states of the U.S., with intensive care units in pediatric hospitals currently at maximum capacity in Florida, Texas, Georgia and Mississippi. Doctors and epidemiologists fear the surge in Covid hospitalizations could get even worse unless children get vaccinated and school districts impose mask mandates and other safety precautions.
“We are almost overrun. We have a lot of children in hospitals now,” Fauci said. “So, even though relatively speaking, compared to an adult they dot get as seriously ill, we have lost more children from SARS-CoV-2 than we ever lose for influenza — and we vaccinate children against influenza.”
A third reason to support the case for vaccinating children against the coronavirus, Fauci said, was the possible effects of infection in the long term.
“We don’t know what the effects are going to be on anyone, including children. So, it may be that much to our dismay that children who get infected have long term consequences that we don’t fully appreciate right now,” Fauci said.
DML: Fauci needs to go. And at the same time you need to position yourself for a government that no longer hears the voices of the American people. With that said, you should listen to my podcast today as my guest and I discuss the Second Amendment and the importance of what our Founding Father’s warned against. The podcast turns uncomfortable, however, as my guest and I get into a heated debate over violence in black communities. My guest, Atonia Okofar of Gun Owners of America, is a female African American. Please listen to the podcast today. It will be on the DML NEWS APP this morning at 10am EST.
