1 – Lawsuit by Trump allies challenging Pennsylvania election results reaches Supreme Court
USA Today: A long-shot effort to overturn the presidential election results in Pennsylvania made its way to the Supreme Court Tuesday.

Conservative Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., and others contend state officials had no right under the Pennsylvania Constitution to expand mail-in voting in 2019, and the state Supreme Court was wrong to uphold that statute. The group called it “an unconstitutional, no-excuse absentee voting scheme.”

“Pennsylvania’s General Assembly exceeded its powers by unconstitutionally allowing no-excuse absentee voting, including for federal offices, in the election,” the challengers argued in court papers. As a result, the election was “conducted illegally.”

The group seeks an emergency injunction from the nation’s highest court to block the completion of any remaining steps in the state’s certification of Pennsylvania’s 2020 election results, which took place last week. The petition was submitted to Associate Justice Samuel Alito.

DML: I hope they take this case!

2 – Whistleblowers share firsthand accounts of election irregularities
Fox News: Three whistleblowers alleged disturbing Election Day voting irregularities on “Hannity” Tuesday as the Trump legal team forges ahead with lawsuits in various states.

Ethan Pease, a U.S. Postal Service (USPS) subcontractor from Wisconsin claimed at a press conference earlier Tuesday that he was informed of plans to backdate 100,000 mail-in ballots in order to circumvent the deadline for submission.  “I had no ballots to take on Election Day. The day after the election, I didn’t really think anything of it until the Postal Service supervisor asked me if I had forgotten ballots the night before, and I didn’t have any, so I was like ‘That’s kind of a weird question, no?’

Jesse Morgan, who also works as a USPS subcontractor truck driver, claimed to have driven nearly 300,000 completed mail-in ballots across state lines. “I can tell you, I took 24 pallets. This happened on Oct. 21, and I picked them up in Bethpage, N.Y. and drove them to Harrisburg [Pa.] and from Harrisburg, I drove them to Lancaster, dropped the trailer in Lancaster, dropped my truck off, and went home.”

Kristina Karamo, an election observer from Michigan, described a troubling incident that happened at the adjudication table on Election Night.

3 – Federal judge strikes down Trump administration rules restricting visas for skilled workers
The Hill reports: A federal judge threw out two rules by the Trump administration that limited the number of visas that are made available to skilled foreign workers.

The Tuesday ruling from U.S. District Judge Jeffrey White, a George. W. Bush appointee, dismisses changes the administration announced in October to the H-1B visa program, which included salary requirements on firms that employed skilled workers from overseas and placed new limits on specialty occupations. Officials defended the move as necessary because of the number of jobs lost during the coronavirus pandemic and estimated that roughly a third of H-1B visa applications would be denied.

White ruled that the administration failed to properly follow transparency procedures and that its claims that the changes were an emergency response to the pandemic’s economic fallout were unsubstantiated since the October rule was implemented after months speculation.

The U.S. doles out roughly 85,000 visas to high-skilled foreign workers each year, a large chunk of which goes to tech, engineering or medical companies and often last for three years with the option of renewal.

DML: There goes jobs 85,000 Americans should have.

4 – NYC bar owner handcuffed, taken away for allegedly defying coronavirus rules
Fox News: A co-owner of a New York City tavern was taken away from the business in handcuffs Tuesday night, accused of defying state and city mandates related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Five city sheriff’s officers showed up at Mac’s Public House in Staten Island and arrested co-owner Danny Presti about 7:15p.m. The action came during a gathering at the tavern where other business owners expressed support for Presti and his business partner, Keith McAlarney. The business could face fines of as much as $10,000 a day.

State Sen. Andrew Lanza, a Republican, spoke in defense of the pro-business effort, and claimed that Presti had only received a cease-and-desist order and should not have been arrested.

“This order simply says that they need to cease and desist,’’ Lanza told police at the scene. “Nowhere here is there an arrest warrant, nowhere here is anything about arresting anyone on their private property. So I’ll ask, [and] you don’t have to answer … why was he arrested? I was told you would tell me why he was arrested and now I’m asking for that answer.”

DML: This is an OUTRAGE!

6 – Schumer Agrees with Biden on Plan to Give Trans Students Access to Sports, Bathrooms, Locker Rooms Based on Identity
Breitbart: During a press conference on Tuesday, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said he agrees with Joe Biden’s plan to grant transgender children access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms according to their gender identity.

Schumer was asked, “Joe Biden said that on his first day of office, he will give transgender students access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity in all federally-funded schools. Do you think he has the ability to do this, and do you agree with this decision?”

6 – Cuomo urges feds to protect undocumented immigrants in vaccine rollout
CBS NEWS: New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is urging the federal government to support underserved communities and protect undocumented immigrants as the administration begins to roll out plans to distribute a coronavirus vaccine. Cuomo and a coalition of groups wrote a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar calling for a “fair and equal vaccination program” that reaches these communities.

“The federal government’s current plan to vaccinate Americans neglects key priorities that we need to effectively distribute the vaccine to millions of New Yorkers,” Cuomo said in a statement. “We need to focus on Black, Brown, Asian and low-income communities that are historically underserved by the healthcare institutions that are key to the federal government’s plan.”

Cuomo said the federal program requires states to collect and share personal information for those taking the vaccine, which could be shared with federal agencies like the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. This could dissuade undocumented immigrants from taking the vaccine, he argued.

DML: Who’s surprised?  Speaking of vaccine, I’m not taking it anyway!

  1. I say let them give undocumented illegals the vaccine first. That shit is scary and I will not take it…ever. No ones making me in to a mutant.

    • Yes exactly line them up and vaccinate 💉 I totally agree with Nancy
I think mass extermination is on the way probably bigger then the Holocaust
There’s no way these people believe in a higher power
Ive seen very evil people but can’t remember ever seeing people as evil as I have seen in 2020
I’m truly scared for good people all over the world

  3. Don’t take the vaccine it comes with a chip on the needle the size of a grain of rice. Gates is behind it. They would be able to control your every move.

  4. After watching that, I kind of want to abolish the police. Not because of supposed systemic racism, but because they are now arresting people that aren’t breaking the law. The police have become the Nazis of the Left. Police are storm troopers, Nazis, whatever you wanna call them. Their loyalty is to the state, not the people’s rights and liberties. Those who serve a great evil are not without sin. The police have betrayed us as well. Intelligence agencies, police you name it. All have turned their backs or should I say their guns and handcuffs towards the American People. We should not stand for this. Police being used and weaponized against us. Citizen means co ruler and the police have turned on their masters to serve an agenda. They go after innocents rather than criminals. If you defy the governor or mayor, you get arrested. Don’t you see what’s happening?????
