1 – Michelle Obama: Not Easy to Transfer Power to Trump in 2016 — He ‘Spread Racist Lies’ About Barack
Former first lady Michelle Obama posted a statement on Instagram yesterday, slamming President Donald Trump for not conceding to Joe Biden to bring about a peaceful transfer of power while saying that it was difficult to transfer power to Trump because “he spread racist lies” about Barack Obama:
“This week, I’ve been reflecting a lot on where I was four years ago. Hillary Clinton had just been dealt a tough loss by a far closer margin than the one we’ve seen this year. I was hurt and disappointed—but the votes had been counted and Donald Trump had won. The American people had spoken. And one of the great responsibilities of the presidency is to listen when they do. So my husband and I instructed our staffs to do what George and Laura Bush had done for us: run a respectful, seamless transition of power—one of the hallmarks of American democracy. We invited the folks from the president-elect’s team into our offices and prepared detailed memos for them, offering what we’d learned over the past eight years.
“I have to be honest and say that none of this was easy for me. Donald Trump had spread racist lies about my husband that had put my family in danger. That wasn’t something I was ready to forgive. But I knew that, for the sake of our country, I had to find the strength and maturity to put my anger aside. So I welcomed Melania Trump into the White House and talked with her about my experience, answering every question she had—from the heightened scrutiny that comes with being First Lady to what it’s like to raise kids in the White House.
“I knew in my heart it was the right thing to do—because our democracy is so much bigger than anybody’s ego. Our love of country requires us to respect the results of an election even when we don’t like them or wish it had gone differently—the presidency doesn’t belong to any one individual or any one party. To pretend that it does, to play along with these groundless conspiracy theories—whether for personal or political gain—is to put our country’s health and security in danger. This isn’t a game. So I want to urge all Americans, especially our nation’s leaders, regardless of party, to honor the electoral process and do your part to encourage a smooth transition of power, just as sitting presidents have done throughout our history.”

2 – Georgia election audit finds 3,039 more uncounted ballots in 2 counties
More than 3,000 uncounted ballots turned up in Georgia as the state is conducting an audit of the 2020 presidential election.
As the hand-tallying continues, officials in Fayette County unearthed 2,755 ballots that had not been included in the original count. (1,577 were for President Donald Trump.)
“There was an issue where we noticed there were more people on the absentee ballot filed for voting in person in Fayette County than was in the actual reporting,” Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling said, according to Fox 5 Atlanta. “It was discovered today for certain. Because of the audit, we found this.” Sterling said the problem was the result of several individuals not following the proper procedures.
An additional 284 ballots were found in Walton County. The local Board of Elections chair, Lori Wood, told the Walton Tribune the problem was due to votes being previously uploaded from only one of the two ballot scanners in a precinct. “We would have discovered it,” Wood said. “Maybe not this week, but we would have discovered it.”
The Walton County ballots boosted President Trump’s lead in the heavily Republican county by 176 votes.
DML: The pattern here is clear – this is a train wreck!
3 – Here’s how Twitter and Facebook were a big part of takedown efforts against Trump in 2020 election (Op-Ed by Dan Gainor, Fox News)
Tuesday in the U.S. Senate, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey once again admitted, at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on “Breaking the News: Censorship, Suppression, and the 2020 Election,” that censoring the New York Post scoop about the Hunter Biden scandal “was wrong.”
Except it appears to have worked.
At least, as of right now, Biden has been declared the winner by news outlets. And he remains ahead in the race, pending Trump’s court challenge. Unless Trump can pull off enough last-minute court victories, Twitter and Facebook cost Trump the election.
They did it by hiding the Hunter Biden story. A post-election poll conducted by McLaughlin & Associates showed more than a third (36 percent) of Biden voters didn’t even know about the scandal. The Media Research Center poll said his voters were unaware of allegations that Biden and his son had financial ties to communist China.
Thirteen percent of those voters were enough to turn the election for Trump. That works out to 4.6 percent of the total vote for the former vice president. They said they wouldn’t have voted for Biden if they had known. That would likely have shifted enough votes to cost Biden the Electoral College.
Trump has been the enemy of leftist Twitter for his entire presidency, despite having nearly 89 million followers on the site. While the site refused to shut him down, it has censored him and his campaign nearly 200 times. Most of those have come this month.
But this incident was appalling. The social media site committed one of the greatest acts of censorship in American history when it shut down the Hunter Biden scandal.
DML: This may actually even be worse news than all the other voter fraud allegations put together.
4 – Michigan’s Wayne County certifies election results in reversal of earlier decision
Election officials in Michigan’s largest county voted to certify election results on Tuesday night, ending a short-lived deadlock that could have delayed the state from confirming a victory for President-elect Joe Biden.
The Wayne County Board of Canvassers voted 4-0 to certify results. As part of the agreement, the board, which consists of two Republicans and two Democrats, asked Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to audit the election process and pursue reforms to prevent discrepancies in the future, according to local reports.
The reversal came just hours after a previous vote resulted in a 2-2 deadlock along party lines. Republicans who initially voted against certification cited concerns related to absentee poll books in certain Detroit-area precincts that did not match.
Had the county’s certification vote failed, state canvassers would have been tasked with certifying election results. The initial result stoked outrage among Democratic officials, including Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, as well as praise from Republicans in support of Trump’s ongoing challenge of election results.
After the two Republican canvassers refused to certify the results, President Trump tweeted, “Wow! Michigan just refused to certify the election results! Having courage is a beautiful thing. The USA stands proud!”
Minutes later, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, responded, “Wrong again.”

5 – Ted Cruz rips CNN’s Chris Cuomo in Twitter spat on Trump’s election challenge, coronavirus
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, had a fiery Twitter spat with CNN anchor Chris Cuomo over President Trump’s ongoing legal battle challenging the results of the 2020 presidential election and the coronavirus pandemic.
The feud began on Tuesday when Cruz shared a clip from his “Verdict” podcast, offering what some on the left now see as a “radical proposition.”
“Here’s a radical proposition — elections are decided when the results have been counted and the legal proceedings are over. That didn’t use to be a controversial proposition,” Cruz summarized.

In the past 2 months, we’ve voted TWICE on $500 billion in COVID relief. Both times, Senate Dems filibustered the bill.
You should call on your own party to stop blocking relief. EVERY SINGLE Dem voted to filibuster.
I suspect you never reported on that fact to your viewers. https://t.co/Thsid8ZBbm

6 – Democrats Want $5.5 Billion Bailout of New York City’s Illegal Population
The coronavirus crash has completely impoverished New York City’s huge illegal-migrant population, so it needs a bailout from billionaires, says a far left group of open border activists.
The advocacy group, Make the Road NY, wants to raise $5.5 billion from 120 New York billionaires to provide roughly $750 per week in aid for up to 1.2 million illegal migrants and their dependents. Numerous Democratic legislators back the campaign.
The New York Times gave the draft legislation a boost on November 15, with an excellent video report that showcased some of the unemployed, illegal migrants who were trying to earn some cash as street vendors.
The group also wants the state legislature to approve more licenses for street vendors — even though the extra supply of vendors would reduce income for the native-born and immigrant who operate the existing stands.
The group’s survey says that 28 percent of renters in New York pay more than 50 percent of their wages on housing in the city’s migrant-crowded neighborhoods.
Make the Road claims 1.2 million people “who haven’t received any aid,” while the New York Times says the city includes roughly half a million illegals.
DML: And so it starts…
7 – Megyn Kelly Is Ditching NYC After School Promotes Reforming ‘White Kids,’ Says Future ‘Killer Cop’ In ‘Every Classroom’
Independent journalist Megyn Kelly is pulling her children out of school and leaving New York City after her boys’ school promoted a call to “reform white children” and accused white people of “reveling in their state-sanctioned depravity” and slaughtering black people.
Kelly, who founded Devil May Care Media, revealed a letter that her boys’ school administrators circulated among parents and faculty during an episode of her podcast, “The Megyn Kelly Show,” on Monday. Kelly said that she and her husband were pulling their children out of school and leaving New York City over the “out of control” racial social justice agenda in the city’s schools.
“It’s out of control on so many levels, and after years of resisting it, we’re going to leave the city. We pulled our boys from their school and our daughter is going to be leaving hers soon, too,” Kelly said. “The schools have always been far-left, which doesn’t align with my own ideology, but I didn’t really care. Most of my friends are liberals, it’s fine. I come from Democrats as a family.”
“I’m not offended at all by the ideology and I lean center-left on some things, but they’ve gone around the bend. I mean they have gone off the deep-end.,” she continued. “This summer in the wake of George Floyd, they circulated amongst the diversity group – which includes white parents like us, there are people who want to be allies and stay attuned to what we can do – an article, and afterward they recirculated it and wanted every member of the faculty to read it.”
Kelly then read excerpts of the letter circulated at her boys’ school:
There is a killer cop sitting in every school where white children learn.
They gleefully soak in their whitewashed history that downplays the holocaust of indigenous native peoples and Africans in the Americas. They happily believe their all-white spaces exist as a matter of personal effort and willingly use violence against black bodies to keep those spaces white.
As black bodies drop like flies around us by violence at white hands, how can we in any of our minds conclude that whites are alright?
White children are left unchecked and unbothered in their schools, homes, and communities to join, advance, and protect systems that take away black life.
I am tired of white people reveling in their state-sanctioned depravity, snuffing out black life with no consequences.
Where’s the urgency for school reform for white kids being indoctrinated in black death and protected from the consequences?
Where are the government-sponsored reports looking into how white mothers are raising culturally deprived children who think black death is okay?
Where are the national conferences, white papers and policy positions on the pathology of whiteness in schools?
This time if you really want to make a difference in black lives — and not have to protest this shit again — go reform white kids. Because that’s where the problem is — with white children being raised from infancy to violate black bodies with no remorse or accountability.
‘After years of resisting it, we’re going to leave.”@MegynKelly describes why she pulled her kids out of their NYC schools – and she, @GlennLoury and @Coldxman Hughes discuss how “woke” leftism has taken over schools. Listen below, download here: https://t.co/F96HgI7HIW pic.twitter.com/Wljrlq7azf

DML: Appalling! I’ll be talking about this on my podcast this morning.
8 – A couple of Senate Republicans are hinting at a potential deal with Democrat Joe Biden, should he assume office in January 2021, on the issue of immigration — a move that could include an amnesty for 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the United States.
In interviews with the Hill, Sens. John Cornyn (R-TX) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) suggested that a deal could be struck between Democrats, Republicans, and a potential Biden White House on the nation’s illegal and legal immigration system.
“I think that would be a good thing to do,” Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) said about the potential to do immigration next year.
“The challenge is you’ve got to get the votes, but that to me is one of my biggest disappointments in my time in the Senate, our inability to get that done,” Cornyn said, adding that he would “try to be part of that effort” if the topic comes back up.
Grassley said such a deal would need to be “somewhere in between” the vocal open-borders wing of the Democrat Party and the immigration reformers of the Republican Party. A middle ground, as previous deals highlighted, generally includes some form of amnesty for illegal aliens.
“It’s kind of a case of the extreme points of view — like people who think we can load up 12 million people and get them out of the country; if they want to do that, they can’t be a part of it,” Grassley told the Hill. “And for the people who want people to be citizens yesterday, they can’t be a part of it.”
9 – Top Latino advocacy organizations are pushing for Joe Biden to appoint five Hispanics to cabinet-level posts.
The organizations include civil rights organizations like UnidosUS and elected official groupings like the National Association of Latino Elected Officials (NALEO) and the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators, grouped together as the National Hispanic Leadership Agenda.
Biden has already signaled he is prioritizing a diverse administration, as three of his nine first hires at the White House are Hispanic.
Here are some of the top names in consideration for cabinet posts.
- California Attorney General Xavier Becerra
- New Mexico Gov. Michelle Luján Grisham
- Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Pérez
- Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti
- Alejandro Mayorkas, former DHS official, born in Cuba
- Sen. Catherine Cortez-Masto (D-Nev.), former state attorney general
- Ruben Gallego, AZ congressman
- Mónica Lozano – The CEO of La Opinión, one of the most influential Spanish-language newspapers in the country, Lozano is reportedly under consideration for the Small Business Administration or an ambassadorship, potentially to Mexico.
DML: I’ll be talking about this on my podcast this morning – don’t miss it!
10 – The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued an emergency use authorization for the first COVID-19 diagnostic test that it said can be fully administered at home.
The agency announced the authorization on late Tuesday for Lucira’s COVID-19 All-In-One Test Kit, which can be used for individuals at least 14 years of age or older.
The test, the agency said, works “by swirling the self-collected sample swab in a vial that is then placed in the test unit.”
In 30 minutes or less, the results can be read directly from the test unit’s light-up display that shows whether a person is positive or negative for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Positive results indicate the presence of SARS-CoV-2,” the agency added. At this time, the agency said the test is only authorized for prescription use.
DML: And it’s coming under the Trump administration.
11 – Fauci calls for uniform pandemic response to replace disjointed state-by-state approach
With a transfer of presidential power on the horizon following the victory of President-elect Joe Biden against President Trump, Anthony Fauci recently called for “a uniform approach” for the U.S. in lieu of the more “disjointed” response to the COVID-19 pandemic the country has seen thus far.
Fauci, the nation’s leading infectious diseases expert, made these comments on Tuesday during a virtual conference with The New York Times. Fauci has worked to stay politically neutral during the pandemic, but he has frequently advocated for the implementation of public health measures like social distancing and wearing face masks, despite the politicization of these measures.
“We’ve got to get public health issues out of the realm of political divisiveness — this is not a political issue,” he explained. “We’ve got to do everything we possibly can to pull together as a nation.”
“We need some fundamental public health measures that everyone should be adhering to, not a disjointed, ‘One state says one thing, the other state says another thing,’” Fauci said.
DML: Fauci needs to go!
12 – Reinstated coronavirus restrictions by state: What you need to know
Numerous governors throughout the country have reinstated safety precautions in recent weeks to try to combat the rapid spike in coronavirus cases weeks before large family gatherings and holiday getaway trips are slated to take place.
More than 11 million cases have been reported in the United States since the COVID-19 pandemic started, as Americans prepare to observe upcoming holidays. The holidays themselves draw even more concern among public officials who fear large gatherings may exacerbate the current health situation in the country.
Various governors have enacted extensive measures from halting in-person classes to limiting indoor and outdoor dining operations.
