DMLNewsApp will be sharing tweets from Twitter World each day, that you may have missed, but would like to be aware of!

We’ll be including Twitter posts from both the right and the left. Check out what we found today, then please share your thoughts in the comments section at the bottom of this article.

Joe Biden tweeted on Wednesday, “We are America. We don’t just fix for today. We build for tomorrow.”

Kamala Harris shared an “equity” message: “COVID has highlighted health inequities that have long existed, hitting struggling communities the hardest. @POTUS and I are committed to ensuring equity is at the heart of everything we do.”

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) says Americans like Democrats more. He tweeted “Democrats passed the #AmericanRescuePlan that helped put shots in arms, cash in pockets, people in jobs & kids in schools. Republicans are working on canceling Coke, Delta, Patagonia and baseball. The two parties are not the same. And the American people clearly like Dems more.”

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley responded to a tweet by Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY).

Republicans are blasting Biden over his $2.5 TRILLION infrastructure bill, saying only a small portion of it is actually for infrastructure.

Gillibrand had pushed back, tweeting, “Paid leave is infrastructure. Child care is infrastructure. Caregiving is infrastructure.”

Haley responded, “Protecting the preborn is infrastructure. Religious freedom is infrastructure. Fiscal responsibility is infrastructure.”

Sen. Ted Cruz responded to Gillibrand as well. He tweeted, “Abortion is infrastructure. Gun control is infrastructure. Forced unionization is infrastructure. Whatever the Left wants is infrastructure. You know what’s not? Roads & bridges. ONLY 5% OF BIDEN’s “INFRASTRUCTURE” BILL IS ROADS & BRIDGES.”

Donald Trump Jr. responded to the news that Joe Biden will be rolling out executive orders on gun control.

“Biden wants law-abiding Americans to be as defenseless against criminals as he is walking up a flight of stairs,” Trump Jr. tweeted.

Comedian and MAGA supporter Terrence Williams had a few things to say about voter ID.

“Voter ID has nothing to do with black people. We all know how to get an ID. This has everything to do with Democrats needing votes from illegals who can’t get an ID,” Williams tweeted.

He added in a later tweet, “I normally don’t get offended but I thinks it’s very disrespectful & racist to say black people don’t know how to get an ID. I’m a black man with multiple ID’s and every black person I know has an ID. The Democrats think all blacks are ignorant & uncivilized. That’s racist.”

Joe Biden halted all construction on the border wall as soon as he took office, but his administration is now reportedly considering partially resuming construction, in order to plug some holes that were left open.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) is not one bit happy about that. She tweeted on Wednesday, “It’s shameful and unacceptable for @POTUS to continue the construction of Trump’s xenophobic and racist wall.”

Rep. Burgess Owens (R-Utah), who traveled to the border this week, isn’t happy either, but he’s on the other side of the aisle.

[email protected] and @VP I’m asking you, to get some backbone, have some compassion. Get away from the talking points and undeserved gloating of the media, come down to the border, see the mess your policies have made,” Owens demanded.

“Right now at our border we’re seeing what executive cowardice looks like. Kids are suffering while Biden/Harris lack the courage to even come see the problem, let alone fix it,” Owens added.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says it’s all ok, however. When asked about the situation at the border, here’s what Pelosi said today:

Here’s a couple from Tuesday that are worth a mention:

Georgia State Rep. Vernon Jones (R) tweeted, “If I were Governor, on Day One, I’d ban vaccine passports through executive order. On Day One.”

Exactly one hour later, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp tweeted, “I do not and will not support any kind of state-mandated vaccine passport. While the development of multiple safe, highly effective COVID-19 vaccines has been a scientific miracle, the decision to receive the vaccine should be left up to each individual.”

“Thanks for following my lead, Governor,” Jones replied.

In a sobering tweet, Texas Governor Greg Abbott paid tribute to a fallen officer on Wednesday.

“Today we celebrated the life and legacy of Trooper Chad Walker who was tragically gunned down in the line of duty. We pray for his widow and four precious children. We will always support our Texas law enforcement. #TexasBacksTheBlue,” Abbott tweeted.

  1. Prayers for the family of trooper Chad Walker.

What’s wrong with the sewage systems in America. All the shit is flowing into the Democrat party. They lack the brains to build & support the infrastructure of what has made America great. God help us all.

  2. “We’re on a good path at the border”. — Nancy Pelosi

Yes, the path to get on US soil illegally! You imbecile! There’s nothing good about that except it benefits your crooked party!

  3. Here is an idea, make all the politicians stay off Twitter and do their jobs, instead of voicing their opinions. They did it before, they can do it now.
