1. Police scramble to find semi after bloodied woman seen yelling for help
Fox News reports: – Police are searching for a woman who was seen bleeding from her face and screaming for help inside a white tractor-trailer around 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday in Dayton, New Jersey.

A witness told the South Brunswick Township Police Department that the driver pulled the woman back inside the cab of the semi-truck as they drove south down Route 130.

The suspect is an older bald White male with a white beard and blue shirt, according to police.

Police released the following video clip of the truck on social media:

MY TAKE: Nightmare fuel! Please spread this around so she is located.

2. MMA fighter springs into action to take down NYC assault suspect

NY Post – A mixed martial arts fighter sprang into action to subdue a homeless man that was allegedly attacking people in the heart of Manhattan’s Soho shopping district.

Ro Malabanan, who has a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and a yellow belt in judo, was walking to his boxing instructor job last Wednesday morning when he saw Samuel Frazier sucker punch a construction worker, the fighter told The Post.

Malabanan, 44, checked in with the victim before running after the suspect and taking him down from behind, the good Samaritan explained to his Instagram followers.

“My jiu-jitsu instincts just kicked in. I jumped on his back,” Malabanan said. “He tried to swing me off then — but for those of you in the know — a seatbelt position dragged him down to the floor, and I immediately took his back and pinned him to the ground.”

Other alleged victims of Frazier, 28, gathered as Malabanan pinned the accused perp to the sidewalk in front of the Converse flagship store on Broadway, according to third-party footage shared by the fighter.

NEWS ALERT: Ron DeSantis to make ‘major’ announcement

3. Leading House Democrat backtracks after saying about Biden in 2024: ‘I don’t believe he’s running’
ABC News – A leading House Democrat on Wednesday backtracked on comments she made Tuesday that she doubts President Joe Biden will renew his bid for the presidency in 2024 — a highly unusual break from the party’s standard-bearer.

The White House has said repeatedly Biden intends to run for reelection.

When asked during a debate if he should run again, New York Rep. Carolyn Maloney, who is currently seeking reelection for the Empire State’s 12th Congressional District, told debate moderators from NY1: “I don’t believe he’s running.”

Maloney tweaked her remarks somewhat Wednesday morning, tweeting that she would “absolutely support President Biden, if he decides to run for re-election.”

“Biden’s leadership securing historic investments for healthcare, climate & economic justice prove once again why he is the strong and effective leader we need right now,” she said.

MY TAKE: This Democrat is really hoping Biden bows out.

4. ‘Batgirl’ movie killed by Warner Bros. despite costing nearly $100M

DailyMail – Despite having a $70 million budget, the DC Comics film “Batgirl,” which was set to feature “In the Heights” star Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon/Batgirl, will not be released as originally planned by Warner Bros. on HBO Max.

Costs for the film reportedly ended up rising to more than $90 million amid COVID-19 delays and related shutdowns — ranking among the most expensive castoffs to date.

“The decision to not release ‘Batgirl’ reflects our leadership’s strategic shift as it relates to the DC universe and HBO Max,” a Warner Bros. spokesperson said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter.

MY TAKE: So this film was so pathetic they were willing to eat $90M? Strange…

5. Monica Lewinsky wants Beyoncé lyric about her changed in “Partition”
CBS News – Shortly after the release of Beyoncé’s highly-anticipated seventh studio album “Renaissance,” the singer agreed to change one of the lyrics in the song “Heated,” after fans called out the word “spaz” for being ableist and offensive to those in the disabled community with cerebral palsy.

Now, activist and TV personality Monica Lewinsky is requesting the Grammy-winning superstar to adjust another lyric from a 2013 song.

In a tweet Monday, which cited the “Heated” lyric change, Lewsinky wrote: “uhmm, while we’re at it… #Partition.”

In Beyoncé’s 2013 song “Partition,” from her self-titled fifth studio album, she sings: “He bucked all my buttons, he ripped my blouse. He Monica Lewinski’d all on my gown.”

MY TAKE: What a deeply disgusting lyric. But Beyoncé’s songs are full of explicit filth. Lewinsky should worry about other things and leave Beyoncé and her fans to wallow in it if that’s what they like. Meanwhile we should keep ourselves and our families happy and healthy. 1. Man in Manhattan will be back on the streets in hours. Good the guy took him down though. Biden can’t run in 22’. Can you imagine him in a debate

  2. I’m glad I’m not even tempted to look at or listen to Beyonce and her vulgar music and elitist position. I’ll never forget the SuperBowl fiasco.
