1 – Trump-Backed Candidates Sweep Board Day After FBI Raids Mar-A-Lago
Breitbart reports: Candidates endorsed by former President Donald J. Trump had another immaculate night in statewide and federal races Tuesday, just a day after the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided Mar-a-Lago. His endorsement record now stands at 192-11.

Businessman Tim Michels, who served as a U.S. Army ranger for 12 years, beat out his opponent, Rebecca Kleefisch, for the Republican gubernatorial nomination in Wisconsin, Dave Wasserman of the Cook Report declared.

Five other candidates backed by the 45th president in the Cheese State advanced to the general election Tuesday at the federal level, according to the Associated Press election results compiled by the New York Times. At least one candidate in the state legislature earned her nomination:

  • Rep. Bryan Steil (R-WI) – GOP nominee for the First Congressional District
  • Derrick Van Orden – GOP nominee for the Third Congressional District
  • Rep. Scott Fitzgerald (R-WI) – GOP nominee for the Fifth Congressional District
  • Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI) – GOP nominee for the Seventh Congressional District
  • Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) – GOP nominee for U.S. Senate
  • State Assemblywoman Janel Brandtjen (R-22) – GOP nominee for District 22

In Connecticut, Leora Levy won the GOP U.S. Senate primary over Themis Klarides and Peter Lumaj. Levy, the national Republican committeewoman for Connecticut, received Trump’s endorsement on Thursday,  when Trump slammed her general election opponent, Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT).

Additionally, all three Trump-backed candidates clinched nominations in Minnesota Tuesday:

  • Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN) – GOP nominee for the Sixth Congressional District
  • Rep. Michelle Fischbach (R-MN) – GOP nominee for the Seventh Congressional District
  • Rep. Pete Stauber (R-MN): GOP nominee for the Eighth Congressional District

The sweeping victories make Trump’s endorsement record immaculate in 31 states.

MY TAKE: These repeated wins must be driving Democrats NUTS.

2 – Trump to be deposed as soon as Wednesday in NY AG Letitia James’ investigation
Fox News reports: Former president Donald Trump will sit Wednesday for a deposition in the New York Attorney General’s civil investigation into the Trump family’s business practices, Fox News has learned.

Trump will be sitting down with attorneys for Letitia James’ office at an undisclosed location agreed by the parties and behind-closed-doors. It’s unclear at this time if the former president will be willing to answer all the questions that the lawyers pose him or if he could be asserting his Fifth Amendment right. Moreover, the specific content of these questions is unknown.

Trump posted about the deposition on his Truth Social account early Wednesday morning.

“In New York City tonight. Seeing racist N.Y.S. Attorney General tomorrow, for a continuation of the greatest Witch Hunt in U.S. history!” Trump wrote. “My great company, and myself, are being attacked from all sides. Banana Republic!”

MY TAKE: And… the witch hunt continues… while Hillary Clinton is literally BRAGGING that she got off scott free:

3 – Elon Musk sells 7.92 million Tesla shares worth $6.88 billion
CNBC reports: Tesla CEO Elon Musk sold 7.92 million shares of Tesla worth around $6.88 billion, according to a series of financial filings published Tuesday night.

His transactions occurred between Aug. 5 and 9, the SEC filings revealed, following Tesla’s 2022 annual shareholder meeting on Aug. 4 in Austin, Texas.

Earlier this year, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO said on social media that he had “no further TSLA sales planned” after April 28.

That week, SEC filings revealed Musk had been selling a block of shares in his electric car maker worth about about $8.4 billion.

The centi-billionaire is in the midst of a contentious legal battle with Twitter, the social networking giant he agreed to acquire in April for about $44 billion or $54.20 per share.

MY TAKE: Will he buy Twitter or will he not?  That’s the multi-billion-dollar question!

4 – Kathy Hochul, Democrats demand ‘inmates’ must now be called ‘incarcerated person’
The New York Post reports: While even some Democrats are calling for immediate legislative action to address rising crime, Gov. Kathy Hochul acted Monday to help the people getting arrested feel better about themselves.

Hochul signed into law a bill passed by the Democrat-controlled Albany legislature that replaces the word “inmate” with “incarcerated person” in state law.

“For too long, we as a society have thought of incarcerated individuals as less than people. The use of the word ‘inmate’ further dehumanizes and demoralizes them,” state Sen. Gustavo Rivera (D-Bronx) said of the bill he sponsored with Jeffrion Aubry (D-Queens), which Hochul signed into law Monday.

But Hochul’s latest effort to make the state more politically correct has her critics arguing she has got some seriously misplaced priorities considering how shootings spiked 13.4% last month alongside a 34.3% murder increase compared to July 2021.

MY TAKE: Democrat wokeness has no end.  Unbelievable!

5 – Civil rights groups, including Al Sharpton-led organization, urge USDA to fix ‘dietary racism’ in school lunch programs
The Hill reports: Twenty-eight civil rights and health care groups announced Tuesday they have requested that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) address “dietary racism” in national school lunch programs, raising concerns to the federal agency about forcing millions of minority children to drink cow’s milk without allowing them a healthier alternative.

In a letter to the USDA’s Equity Commission, the groups said the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) only incentivizes dairy milk, a policy they called “inherently inequitable and socially unjust” because children of color are more likely to be lactose intolerant — meaning they cannot fully digest sugars in dairy and can suffer from adverse effects after consumption.

The NSLP covers 30 million children in 100,000 schools across the U.S., a program the civil rights groups said children of color are historically overrepresented in.

“If Black lives matter, so does our health and nutrition, but the National School Lunch Program has consistently failed children of color,” said Milton Mills, a Washington, D.C., urgent care physician who has researched the topic, in a statement. “Either schoolchildren drink the milk they’re given and suffer in class while they’re trying to learn, or they go without a nutritionally significant portion of their meal.”

The letter was signed by leading national groups such as Progressive Democrats of America, the Maryland chapter of the NAACP, Switch4Good, the Center for a Humane Economy and the National Action Network Washington Bureau, which was founded by civil rights leader the Rev. Al Sharpton.

MY TAKE: We just couldn’t make this stuff up if we tried!

  1. Milk is racist? This culture cannot get any dumber, their platinum racist card is worn out. There are not enough programs or money that can fix this craziness from a group that cannot help itself. More obvious each day

  2. I’m not a person of color and I am severely lactose intolerant. I think choices for those with issues is fine but making it a race issue is overboard. Not everything is racist. Quit pushing division.

Praying all these Trump endorsed candidates succeed in November. We need the RED WAVE.

    God Bless and protect TRUMP!!

  3. AG James is such an awful lady! She ran on the fact to see Trump fall, she herself needs to be out of politics and jailed! Inmates are just that! Stop dividing and using stupid terms.

  4. Sorry! INMATES who have committed crimes against society and innocent people ARE less than human and should be treated as such until they pay the price for their crimes and demonstrate that they have been rehabilitated and ready to be introduced back into society as law abiding citizens. Until that time, they are the scum of the earth!!

  5. 1. Yeah go Republicans thank you Presudent Trump. 😊♥️ 2. AG James is a loser.👹 3. Telsa forget it!!🤪 4. Call them what they are criminals.🤯 5. Poor kids of all races deserve a good meal at school . This is not a race thing 😡🤬

  6. Wow…dont want to be called a criminal?…dont commit crime…simple solution

Dont like white cows milk in your free lunch?…pack and bring ur own lunch…simple solution

New Yorkers need to wake up…whats gonna happen when L. James starts going after her next victim which cud b someone u do like

We need to rid this country of career politicians on both sides of the aisle…push push push for term limits on all Congress…SCOTUS…and heads of all 4 letter agencies

  7. First step in getting rid of career politicians – end life time pension. Second step- instill term limits.

Regarding cow’s milk at lunch, being racist is ridiculous. But a lactose free version would serve all children with issues. Just have the parents sign their kids up for it. Not really a problem. I’m sure the kids would still choose the chocolate milk and throw out the apple.
