1 – Looney Tunes Uses Bugs Bunny to Celebrate Drag Queens for Pride Month: ‘Get Your Drag On’
Breitbart reported: Looney Tunes — the classic children’s animated brand from Warner Bros. — is celebrating Pride Month by encouraging people to dress up as drag queens.

In a tweet Thursday, which was the first day of Pride Month, the official Looney Tunes Twitter account posted a tribute to Bugs Bunny in various states of female attire — though noticeably not from his turn as Brunnhilde in “What’s Opera, Doc?”

“Happy Pride, get your drag on,” Looney Tunes wrote.

Katrina L: My childhood memories are being ruined by these woke companies!

2 – Eight people injured, two critically, after building owned by Yale University collapses while construction crew was pouring concrete on second floor
Daily Mail  reported: A Yale University building under construction in New Haven, Connecticut partially collapsed on Friday and left eight people injured with two of them in critical condition.

The collapse happened at an apartment block on Lafayette Street at around 12.30pm when crews were pouring concrete.

Part of the second floor fell into the first floor and into the basement at the building site where 36 people were working.

Katrina L: Terrifying! God bless those involved.

3 – More than 200 dead and hundreds injured after passenger trains derail in India, officials say
NBC News  reported: NEW DELHI — More than 200 people were killed and hundreds were injured after passenger trains derailed Friday in eastern India, trapping many people inside damaged rail cars, officials said.

At least 207 bodies had been recovered Odisha Chief Secretary Pradeep Jena said, adding that the death toll could grow.

More than 900 people were injured, hundreds of whom were sent to hospitals following the accident, which happened about 137 miles southwest of Kolkata. The cause was under investigation.

Katrina L: Another tragedy. God bless the victims and families.

4 – Two more Oath Keeper defendants sentenced for Jan. 6 sedition
ABC News  reported: Two more Oath Keeper defendants were sentenced Friday, the latest in a series of new prison terms for those convicted of disrupting the Jan. 6 certification of the 2020 election.

Oath Keeper David Moerschel, a former neuroscientist, was sentenced to three years in prison for seditious conspiracy and other charges. He was joined by his co-defendant Joseph Hackett, who was sentenced to three years and six months on Friday. Both sentences were a fraction of the recommendation from prosecutors who said Moerschel and Hackett each deserved 10 and 12 years, respectively.

Last January, the two were found guilty of conspiring to commit sedition against the United States. That jury convicted both men of three additional felonies, finding they had plans to disrupt the electoral college certification and were — at least partially — successful.

Hackett, a former chiropractor from Florida, was also found guilty for destroying evidence.

“I regret being there that day,” Hackett told the judge Friday. “I regret ever joining the Oath Keepers.”

Katrina L: Ridiculous.

5 – POLL RESULTS: Did Elon Musk handle the Daily Wire movie launch correctly?

There’s been a lot of contention on how Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter, handled the premiere of Daily Wire’s What Is A Woman? documentary last night. The lead up to the premiere was met with resistance by internal employees at Twitter. In fact, Twitter’s head of trust and safety Ella Irwin resigned Thursday evening, per multiple sources, after owner Musk rebuked his own staff over the content moderation label placed on the documentary.

Many have been critical and appraising of Musk’s decision. Some praised him for the swift intervention.

We asked you if Musk handled the movie launch correctly. Below are the results.
