1 – Trump reported losing nearly $1B over 2 years on tax returns: accountant testifies

NY Post reports: Former President Donald Trump reported losses on his tax returns each year for a decade – including close to $1 billion in a two-year span alone, his onetime accountant testified at trial this week.

Donald Bender, a partner at accounting firm Mazars USA, took the stand in Manhattan Supreme Court Tuesday as part of the criminal tax fraud case against the Trump Organization.

From 2009 to 2018, Bender said he filed 76-year-old Trump’s taxes and “There are losses for all these years.”

The Trump Org is accused of cheating tax authorities for 15 years by funding the top company execs with the unreported extra compensation. If found guilty, the company could face $1.6 million in fines. Trump is not personally charged in the case.

MY TAKE: Trying to find anything they can.

2 – Workers clash with police at iPhone factory in China

ABC News reports: HONG KONG — Violent clashes erupted between workers and hazmat-suited police officers at China’s so-called “iPhone city,” where about half of Apple’s smartphones are assembled.

Accounts on Chinese social media point to a combination of strict “zero-COVID” measures, a brewing labor dispute and the pressure for factory workers to deliver ahead of a busy holiday season that caused frustration among employees at the manufacturing plant in the central Chinese city of Zhengzhou.

Videos that appear to show hundreds of angry workers throwing sticks and bricks at security forces and then officers subduing and beating protestors popped up on Chinese social media Tuesday night into Wednesday as quickly as Chinese government censors raced to delete them.

MY TAKE: Imagine still being on lockdown…

3 – Intermittent fasting – the celeb-favorite diet followed by Kourtney Kardashian and Mark Wahlberg – may RAISE your risk of an early death by 30%, study suggests

Daily Mail reports: Intermittent fasting – one of the most popular and promoted dieting techniques – may actually raise the risk of an early death.

A study of 24,000 Americans over 40 found those who ate one meal per day were 30 per cent more likely to die from any cause in 15 years than those who ate three.

Intermittent fasting – which means eating within a strict time window or skipping meals entirely – became one of hottest diet tools in the early 2010s.

  1. Of course he lost a lot of money. Constantly under attacks by the left wing mob and having to hire counsel. Sponsors pulling ads, Not taking any salary from his time as president and etc… Who else would want that F***ed up job that gained him absolutely nothing but pure hell except someone who loves america and wants a better place for his kids, grandkids and everyone.

  2. I would like to know who paid for the intermittent fasting study. I would not be surprised if it was some food corporation that pushes poison on the population.

  3. I do intermittent fasting (IF) every day. I’ve lost over 100 pounds. IF does mean eating one meal a day. BUT, if you ate one meal a day wouldn’t you pack it with healthy food? What were these people in the study eating for their one meal a day? McDonalds??

  4. Keto with intermittent fasting is great. Fasting is actually very good for your body as it allows for new cell growth and rids your body of damaged cells. Don’t believe everything you read! The powers that be don’t want healthy people because they can’t make money off people who aren’t sick

  5. Follow the money for the intermittent fasting study. I bet it is from the food industry. Inflation is here, and prices are up. The lobby doesn’t want anyone getting the bright idea to diet. Whenever I fast my heart rate slows, blood pressures drops and so does cholesterol. Look at the Food Pyramid. Now, there is something that will shorten your life by 15 years if you follow that three times a day.

  6. So…..have anyone looked at the bribed (Biden) crime family’s finances yet with their money laundering and bribes? Trump is innocent. When are they going after the Bribed family!
