Today is January 22, and I a Dennis Michael Lynch.  The stories below are the ones I am following:

1-Impeachment trial Day 1 complete
The U.S. Senate plunged into President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial with Republicans abruptly abandoning plans to cram opening arguments into two days but solidly rejecting Democratic demands for more witnesses to expose what they deem Trump’s “trifecta” of offenses. The daylong session started Tuesday with the setback for Republican Senate leader Mitch McConnell and the president’s legal team, but it ended near 2 a.m. Wednesday with Republicans easily approving the rest of the trial rules largely on their terms. The result is Trump’s historic trial, unfolding amid a watchful public in an election year.

DML: This may be the biggest waste of time in US history.

2-Trump announces presser
President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he will hold a news conference before he leaves Switzerland to return to Washington, where his impeachment trial is under way.He announced the unexpected availability during a meeting with Iraqi President Barham Salih.

DML: This should be very interesting.

3- New virus breakout
Chinese health authorities urged people in the city of Wuhan to avoid crowds and public gatherings, after warning that a new viral illness that has infected more than 400 people and killed at least nine could spread further. The appeal came ahead of a World Health Organization meeting in Geneva later Wednesday to determine whether the outbreak should be declared a global health crisis.

The number of new cases has risen sharply in China, the center of the outbreak. There were 440 confirmed cases as of midnight Tuesday in 13 jurisdictions, said Li Bin, deputy director of the National Health Commission. Nine people have died, all in Hubei province, since the outbreak emerged in its provincial capital of Wuhan late last month.

DML: It hit the US, with a first case reported in Seattle.

4-Utah bans conversion therapy
The discredited practice of conversion therapy for LGBTQ children is now banned in Utah, making it the 19th state and one of the most conservative to prohibit it. Barring it in Utah could give a boost to similar efforts in other right-leaning states, said Shannon Minter, legal director for the National Center for Lesbian Rights.

DML: I will never understand why a child would be subject to conversion.  This is the parents doing.

5-Billy is back to having romantic evenings
I cannot print what was written because it’s a little too descriptive, but lets just say that Billy had not been with his lady friend for a while due to a terrible back injury.  He did not want surgery, and could no longer rely on over-the-counter remedies.  He purchased a DML COMBO PACK and presto, not only did the combination of MIRACLE ME pain relief body oil and DML PURE CBD SOFTGELS diminish his pain, improve his sleep and spark his energy, but he is back to having “romantic nights” — something he had not done in a long time.  He says he has been busy every night, making up for lost time.

DML: Don’t be silly, be like Billy.  Save $50 on the DML COMBO PACK today!  Go to to get started.
