Former President Donald Trump made in clear in a statement on Tuesday that he’s still intending to get Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wy.) ousted from office.
Trump vowed to support a primary opponent in an effort to replace Cheney, after she voted to impeach him and repeatedly spoke out against him.
Trump’s statement reads:
Paying close attention to the Wyoming House Primary against loser RINO Liz Cheney. Some highly respected pollsters tell me she’s toast in Wyoming after siding with Crazy Nancy Pelosi and supporting the Democrat Impeachment Hoax. And that’s just the beginning!
This is a “hot” race with some very interesting candidates running against her. Remember though, in the end we just want ONE CANDIDATE running against Cheney.
I’ll be meeting with some of her opponents in Bedminster next week and will be making my decision on who to endorse in the next few months. JUST ONE CANDIDATE. Thank you!

Last week, Cheney announced that her 2022 reelection campaign hauled in $1.88 million for the months of April-June, after raising a record-setting $1.5 million during January-March of this year.
In addition to her fundraising, Cheney also has $2.85 million cash on hand as of the end of June, which is twice what she had in her campaign coffers three months ago.
