In Spokane, Washington, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested two individuals suspected of being members of the Tren de Aragua gang.

The arrests were marked by controversy after video footage shows agents breaking car windows to detain the suspects, Jeison Ruiz-Rodriguez and Cesar Ruiz-Rodriguez, who allegedly refused to exit their vehicle.

The Spokane County Sheriff's Office says brothers Jeison Ruiz-Rodriguez and Cesar Ruiz-Rodriquez threatened to k*ll someone and fired a gun outside an apartment complex in December. The brothers were reportedly heading to a court hearing to fight that felony harassment charge when ICE took action.
