Arizona Senate President Karen Fann has a lead in the search for documents from the 2020 election audit in Maricopa County now at the center of a legal fight for public access.
The Republican sent a letter Thursday to Cyber Ninjas, a Florida-based firm hired to lead the partisan review, and its subcontractors asking about a data center that may be housing relevant records.
The article goes on to state the following:
“We recently learned that a data center, possibly leased to Cyber Ninjas Inc. or StratTech Solutions, may be housing records concerning the Arizona State Senate’s audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County,” Fann wrote. “Please confirm as soon as possible whether this information is correct and, if so, when and on what terms the Senate may access the facility or its resources in order to obtain copies of any additional records concerning the audit.”
Fann has been asking Cyber Ninjas to turn over all records related to their audit since last fall, and a judge recently ruled that Cyber Ninjas must pay $50,000 per day until it releases documents.
To complicate matters even more, Cyber Ninjas is shutting down, and their lawyer says they can’t afford to produce the records.

They were paid to hide the records
Apparently. That’s why we haven’t heard anything.
Someone got to those records first. I smell a rat!
Cyber is closing now and their asshole lawyer has objected to let them have the records and guess what they know that Trump actually won the election and they will not release the records and I think that the lawyer needs to be suspended for being a bad lawyer and take him to court
What is all of this about? And why does it sound like corruption. Did the Clintons get to the ninjas…
DBB…If you’re inferring to using what ever means necessary to facilitate an outcome of an investigation like the Benghazi nothin to see here outcome? Then yes, I would say so!
