A Los Angeles-area poll worker dressed in clothing supportive of former President Trump was removed from a voting site Tuesday after election officials advised him that his attire was “inappropriate and unacceptable.”

The unidentified worker was spotted at a polling site in West Hollywood’s Plummer Park Community Center, a spokesman for the office of the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk told Fox News. A photo showed him wearing a “Trump 2020” cap and a T-shirt that read: “Where’s Hunter” and “Trump 2020” as he sat behind a laptop.

The article goes on to state the following:

In a tweet, the Registrar-Recorder’s office said he had been released from the voting center.

“The election worker was contacted and advised that the attire was inappropriate and unacceptable. Based on his response and reports that other workers had previously counseled him on this, he was released and is no longer working at the vote center,” the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk tweeted.

  1. Hey, I am a big Trump supporter and conservative but as such I think the rules should be followed by all. If there’s a rule against having political stuff in the polling area then everyone has to follow it.

  2. He should of known better, before they allowed me to vote they made me go into the bathroom and turn my tee inside out funny thing was I stood in line for an hour wearing my Trump shirt it wasnโ€™t till I walked inside and checked in I had to turn my shirt inside out,I didnโ€™t know before that your not suppose to wear politics but it sure seems when you go to work in those places youโ€™d be given rules but then again look at the publicity he got from wearing it so really the laugh is on them he got the word out in his own way so to me he did good.

  3. Hopefully Ca burns before THE BIG ONE drops it in the ocean… Ill buy some beachfront property in Az… Lol.. Yea i got kids un Ca.. Ill get them out, but wait, after this bullshit recal they might be moving on their own… Ya think newsom abused his power before…. Just watch.

  4. In NJ it is illegal to wear any kind of campaign buttons, shirts or partisan gear on election day, whether you are a voter or a poll worker. It is considered electioneering.
