How stupid can our government and courts get. If that child is in a good home, don’t disrupt and ruin her life.

This is tragic for the child! Bonding has been established and ,without evidence of abuse or neglect, her removal from this home could cause deep emotional scarring. I agree with the above that the tens of thousands of illegals crossing our boarder are a greater danger.
