The Food and Drug Administration on Thursday ordered Juul Labs to pull its vaping products off shelves, a sweeping ban that will affect millions of vapers.
The agency said it was issuing the ban after determining, in reviewing Juul’s premarket application for advertising tobacco products, that the company had not produced evidence to show that the proprietary e-liquid pods would not hurt public health. The agency said it had not received evidence to show an immediate hazard associated with using Juul products but that the company provided “insufficient evidence to assess the potential toxicological risks of using the JUUL products.”
The article goes on to state the following:
“Today’s action is further progress on the FDA’s commitment to ensuring that all e-cigarette and electronic nicotine delivery system products currently being marketed to consumers meet our public health standards,” said FDA Commissioner Robert Califf. “The agency has dedicated significant resources to review products from the companies that account for most of the U.S. market. We recognize these make up a significant part of the available products and many have played a disproportionate role in the rise in youth vaping.”
He continued, “The agency has dedicated significant resources to review products from the companies that account for most of the U.S. market. We recognize these make up a significant part of the available products and many have played a disproportionate role in the rise in youth vaping.”
FDA tweeted Thursday, “Today, FDA issued marketing denial orders (MDOs) to JUUL Labs Inc. for all of their products currently marketed in the United States. As a result, the company must stop selling and distributing these products.”

“In addition, those currently on the U.S. market must be removed, or risk enforcement action. Products include the JUUL device & 4 types of JUULpods: Virginia tobacco flavored pods at nicotine concentrations of 5.0% & 3.0% and menthol flavored pods at nicotine concentrations of 5.0% & 3.0%. Retailers should contact JUUL with any questions about products in their inventory.”

Fox News contributor Sara Carter responded, “The Biden admin and leftists also have no problem allowing the streets of Portland and other Dem cities to become lawless infested drug havens- You can’t smoke a Juul but you can smoke crack, shoot up heroin, etc out in public and all just blocks from a day care.”

Editor Anthony L. Fisher tweeted, “FDA essentially destroys JUUL, meanwhile…Cigarettes are still legal (and sales will almost certainly go up after this), and e-cigs will be sold on the black market (which means more unnecessary confrontations with cops and regular people). To your health, America!”

Host Chris Stigall wrote, “The FDA bans Juul e-cigarettes because they targeted kids – the same week they green light experimental and unnecessary COVID shots for kids. I’m guessing Juul doesn’t have the ‘walking around money’ Pfizer has.”

Me: “Big government liberalism features regulatory overreach on the one hand while failing to deal effectively with real problems on the other.”
Biden Administration: “Got it. Let’s ban Juul e-cigarettes with no data showing harm, but no rush to solve the baby formula shortage.”

You can’t have a Juul anymore, but they’ll gift you a crack pipe.

The same Biden administration pretending there’s long-term safety data on vaccinating 6-month-olds against COVID… the one that sends you crack pipes… just banned Juul from selling vaping devices because of “insufficient evidence to assess the potential toxicological risks.”

Biden Admin’s message to the poor & working class: no juul, no nicotine cigarettes, no menthols, but if you need a crack pipe, just give us a ring. https://t.co/f8Av82oded

When will they ban the dope congress is smoking and the dope in the oval office?
Apparently Jull was not giving the administration enough kick backs. Biden’s government absolutely makes no sense with their rules.
But hey UR GET HIGH KIT SUPPLIED BY THE GOVERNMENT STILL HAS METH N CRACK PIPES. SWABS N A NEEDLE EXCHANGE PROGRAM…LMFAO… THIS ADMIN IS KILLING HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS LETTING FENTANYL THRU OUR BORDERS BUT STOPS JUUL PRODUCTS. WHAT A FUKING JOKE……GET UR LOCAL MARIJUANA CARDS TOO…THE US FDA N GOVERNMENT IS FUKING SPENT
But booze is ok. Crack pipes free
The BIG GUY isn’t getting his 10%
Absolutely sounds like they weren’t giving enough kickbacks
So let me get this straight, they want to remove Juul from the shelves because they want to make smoking look less appealing to minors. The SAME minors that Democrats trust to make life altering decisions to cut off and add body parts because they’re “pretty sure” they are transgender, are now all of a sudden not mature enough to decide if smoking is a good choice?
