One of the two protestors allegedly killed by Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin, was reportedly seen acting aggressive and repeatedly asking an armed group to shoot him, a witness testified on Friday, Reuters reported.

Jason Lackowski, a former Marine among the armed men with Rittenhouse the night of the shooting, testified that Joseph Rosenbaum challenged him and others in the group to shoot him, Reuters reported. He said Rosenbaum “false-stepped” — quickly stepped towards them and stepped back — a few times before Lackowski turned away and ignored him.

The article goes on to state the following:

The incident was separate from the shooting that led to Rosenbaum’s death and Lackowski testified he did not see him as a threat, Reuters reported. The prosecution hoped to show Rosenbaum was not perceived as dangerous to another armed man, but Lackowski acknowledged his view could have changed had he not been in a group.

Lackowski testified that Rosenbaum was using “the N-word” while asking people to shoot him.

Rittenhouse, 18, is charged with reckless and intentional homicides in the killing of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, and attempted homicide for wounding Gaige Grosskreutz, now 27, with a bullet to the arm.

Richard McGinniss, a Daily Caller reporter who recorded video in Kenosha the night of the shooting also testified in the trial that Rosenbaum chased and lunged at the teenager before he fired his gun.

Ryan Balch, a military veteran who was armed alongside Rittenhouse in Kenosha, also testified Rosenbaum was acting “violent,” throwing rocks and attempting to start fires.

  1. Here is something that few if any have talked about. FBI drones. Why did the FBI have at least one drone over the city that night? If there was more then one, why? If it was to identify looters, why have these drone videos not been used to make arrests? If only one drone, how coincidental that it was over a shooting that took the national stage.
Were the police allowed to use the videos? Was real time info sent to the police by the FBI? No real explaination.
If drones are such big crime fighting tools, then why not in use over Chicago or other high crime areas?

  2. I think he did this in self defense but this could all have been avoided if
    1. Rittenhouse was only 17 so should not have been there and
    2. He should not have been carrying a gun with live ammunition .
He was a boy not an adult ! Period end of story! Be that as it may, he acted IN SELF DEFENSE!
