FIRST ON FOX – Target confirmed “adjustments” to the Pride merchandising plans are underway after Fox News Digital learned it rolled back displays at some of its locations.

“For more than a decade, Target has offered an assortment of products aimed at celebrating Pride Month. Since introducing this year’s collection, we’ve experienced threats impacting our team members’ sense of safety and wellbeing while at work. Given these volatile circumstances, we are making adjustments to our plans, including removing items that have been at the center of the most significant confrontational behavior. Our focus now is on moving forward with our continuing commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community and standing with them as we celebrate Pride Month and throughout the year,” a Target spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

Earlier on Tuesday, Fox News Digital first reported that some southern Target stores were forced by the corporation to move LGBTQ Pride merchandise away from the front of their locations after customer “outrage” to avoid a “Bud Light situation.”

The article noted the products being sold at Target include “tuck friendly” bathing suits, several items labeled “Gender Fluid,” “Super Queer” party supplies, “Grow At Your Own Pace” saucer planter and more.

Oli London tweeted Wednesday, “Target has begun to remove some of its Pride Collection from its stores after intense backlash. In a statement, the brands press office blamed customers making ‘threats’ against ‘team members’ for the move. ‘Given these volatile circumstances, we are making adjustments to our plans, including removing items that have been at the center of the most significant confrontational behavior.’ They have not confirmed which items will be removed however the pieces that drew the most backlash were ‘tuck friendly’ swimsuits and designs by Satanic artist Abprallen.”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said, “No one is attacking the gay community Gavin. They don’t want their children forcefully exposed to the radical side of pride with ‘tuck it’ and ‘binding’ children’s clothes and messaging while simply shopping at Target. We don’t support your California child genital mutilation industry. As a matter of fact, I want to end it.”

Journalist Benny Johnson commented, “Target literally collaborated with a satanic clothing brand to develop a Pride clothing line for children. Let that sink in and then carefully decide if you will continue to shop at Target.”

Author Matt Walsh wrote, “The goal is to make ‘pride’ toxic for brands. If they decide to shove this garbage in our face, they should know that they’ll pay a price. It won’t be worth whatever they think they’ll gain. First Bud Light and now Target. Our campaign is making progress. Let’s keep it going.”

Host Tim Young tweeted, “Target claims the LGBTQ merchandise caused threats to its employees… aka Target doesn’t care that you’re upset it got busted trying to groom your children…”
