Six crew from a flight which arrived in Sydney from the original coronavirus epicentre in China quietly slipped into a four-star hotel overnight.

A cargo plane from Wuhan arrived at Sydney International Airport about 9.30pm on Wednesday, carrying 90 tonnes of face masks and medical supplies.

Following their arrival, the men made their way from the tarmac directly to the Rydges Hotel at the airport.

The Daily Mail further noted thatΒ the Chinese crew “were left to their own devices to check in, despite police and military personnel monitoring other hotels housing returned travelers, who are required to complete a mandatory two-week quarantine.”

Many on social media are expressing shock that a plane from China was allowed to fly into Australia.
