Prosecutor Thomas Binger cross-examined Kyle Rittenhouse in court on Wednesday and suggested hollow point bullets are designed to “explode” inside an animal.

“Hollow point bullets are designed to hit the animal that they’re being shot at, let’s say a deer for example, and explode inside that body, correct?” Binger said.

The article goes on to state the following:

Rittenhouse shook his head left to right and said, “No, I don’t think so.”

Judge Bruce Schroeder then jumped in to ask Binger whether he meant “expand” or “explode.”

Binger then rephrased his question and asked Rittenhouse what “a hollow point bullet would do if it were shot…at a deer?”

    • it’s because after the prosecution rests the defendant questions their witnesses and prosecution can cross examine them then they rest and they each have the right to closing statements … but i hope the judge calls a mistrial after all the new evidence that came to light in the defense side that prosecutors tried to hide such as trying to coerce a witness to change their story

    • You are correct. Based on the weakness of the prosecution’s case, the judge should have summarily dismissed the case, thereby obviating the need for the defense to present its arguments. What we have here is an open and shut case of self-defense.

  1. I would say this prosecutor needs to go and take some courses about weapons and ammo he’s starting to sound like Biden can’t eat a deer after shooting it with an AR-15 or an AK-47 these people don’t know guns at all…
