A woman was handcuffed at a beach in USA for wearing a bikini thong and it has left many people confused about whether or not her outfit was illegal or not.

A well known Acrobat performer, Sam Panda, who is originally from Pittsburgh, was handcuffed at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for wearing a thong, which officers said violated local ordinances.

According to Fox News 8, Panda was asked to leave the beach because she was wearing a thong bikini bottom, which is said to be qualified as indecent exposure.

Panda later called the person who complained to the cops “some Karen.”

The ordinance reads: “It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally appear in any public place in such a state of dress or undress so as to expose to the view of others the human male or female genitals, pubic area, pubic hair, buttocks, anus, vulva or any portion of the female breast at or below the areola thereof.”

  1. Well I to would have reported her ..I like a beautiful day on the beach without someone’s entire rear glaring. ☝️Well there are beaches in Florida that have the same rules .And there are beaches she can be completely naked , that are private .,One wearing this attire is getting what? What outcome is achieved by this . If you don’t want to be stared at or lusted after cover up . We are all tired of these kind of people who seem to dictate to the rest of us they can break the rules but not us . Check the rules people . And as we have seen in the pass there have been many sexual encounters on the beaches .We are humans not animals who do have self control over our naked bodies She might as well had a-rope between her legs as that is all it was . As adults we must remember children are on these beaches as well . With the sex pedofilia going on ? And teenage boys and males who are geared to this with there testosterone. Which is by the way natural. Just use common sense which didn’t prevail in this case . Check the rules where you are going. And think of others .,Americans have forgotten we all share these rules . And without them . Well look at what we have going on destroying our cities who have this same mentality.

    • You know it used to be said that if someone saw your ankles it was showing to much skin! You start telling people they can’t wear something because it makes your husband look, then maybe it’s not what the person is wearing, it may be your husband. Your logic is saying the same thing as if she is wearing something like that and someone raped her it her fault, or the only reason they were robbed is because they had nice clothes on. Control what you have control of, not what others are doing. You are correct that I wouldn’t want my young boy or daughter starring her down in lust or seeing a certain way someone is dressed, but I also know I can ask them to respect that we were there first and our concerns, and I also have the power to move if they don’t respect my wishes. This calling the damn cops for our petty differences or because they are to scared to talk or ask anyone anything is getting dumb. Everyone’s afraid of offending someone.

      • It’s a slippery slope from showing ankles to this. There is already talk of women having the right to go without a a top. Next it will be nudity in our relativist society. There is already talk of the right to multiple marriages after gay marriage was legalized.

  2. With all the crime, violence and other nonsense that is going on, a woman wearing a thong should be the least of our worries.
