Kyle Rittenhouse told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson that he believed Wisconsin’s chief prosecutor in the case, Thomas Binger, was not interested in a fair verdict but instead personal fame or advancement.

Binger, the assistant district attorney in Kenosha County, has had a long career in law, including an unsuccessful run on the Democratic Party line for Racine County, Wisconsin, district attorney in 2016, according to The Sun.

The article goes on to state the following:

Binger, who argued the case alongside prosecutor James Kraus, was frequently admonished by the judge, Bruce Schroeder, during Rittenhouse’s trial.

Ripping into Binger, Rittenhouse said, “Assistant District Attorney Binger  is a corrupt person who just wants to make a name for himself and not look at the facts.”

“I used to be a fan of the prosecutors, not anymore: I believe there are still good prosecuting attorneys out there. He is the prosecuting attorney that wants to make a name for himself, and he is supposed to speak the truth and nothing but the truth, but he decided he wanted to lie and try to put me in prison for the rest of my life for defending myself,” he added.

“The prosecutors wanted my head on their shelf,” Rittenhouse said.

Below are clips from the trial, as Binger grilled Rittenhouse, claimed the mob of protesters chasing Rittenhouse were heroes and tried to paint Rittenhouse as an “active shooter.”

  1. Hey kid, no one faults you for defending yourself! Go home and shut your pie hole for awhile! Even though what you did is absolutely right! Your a marked man now! Stop trying to get your 15 minutes!

    • It’s Kyles time to set the record straight. What he had to endure was disgusting and wasn’t allowed to defend himself until court when the media was going around spreading one lie after the other!

      • He didn’t ask for an interview. He’s not likely to do anymore. In the interview he talks about moving far far away and maybe even changing his name. So glad you were here to give him advice. No fame wanted.

Oh, wait, the victims’ families are already suing in civil court. Guess he can’t go in hiding yet.

  2. Should be in reverse. Kyle should be taking these families to court for raising such troublemakers. They have no right to take him to court. He did nothing wrong.

  3. Bungee is just like many others in government who think they are the smartest people in the room. What he said and did trying to prosecute Mr. Rittenhouse was disgusting and turning a mob of people who had every intentions on killing this young man as heroes, is beyond disgusting. Clearly a trial that should not of happened except that it was political.
