The former First Lady replied, “Leadership,” then confirmed she meant “lack of leadership.”
Asked by Hegseth about her opinion on the state of the country today, Mrs. Trump said, “I think it’s sad to see what’s going on if you really look deeply into it. I think a lot of people are struggling and suffering and what is going on around the world as well. So it’s very sad to see and I hope it changes fast.”
The full interview with Trump is set to air on Fox & Friends Sunday morning. It is her first formal interview since leaving the White House 16 months ago.
